VivoLume B1 Small‑Animal Bioluminescence Imager
Equipped with a high‑sensitivity scientific‑grade cooled CCD and a large‑aperture low‑distortion imaging lens, the VivoLume B1 is designed to detect faint photon signals generated by luciferase reporter genes and other bioluminescent reactions. The instrument enables non‑invasive imaging and quantitative analysis of mice, rats, ex vivo organs, tissues and cell culture plates. It is widely applied in studies including tumour growth and metastasis, infection progression, gene expression, cell tracing and drug efficacy evaluation. Featuring auto‑exposure, auto‑focus and field‑of‑view switching functions, it can rapidly accomplish imaging ranging from local imaging of a single animal to whole‑body imaging of multiple animals.
